You will be provided with an overview of the coaching, consulting or counseling process. In addition, clients will review the intake form. All intake and consent forms must be completed prior to your first session.
Most extended health benefits/employer benefits cover your session fees. Please contact your individual insurance provider and inquire about the services covered in your package. Receipts are provided for insurance provider reimbursement upon receiving full payment.

Diverse populations. Age may vary for workshops and events. Consent may be required for individuals under 16 years of age.
Sessions are usually 60 minutes in length. If you require more or less time, you may request prior to your session.

No, you do not require a referral to see a counselor, therapist or social worker.
However, if this is a requirement from your insurance provider, please speak with your insurance company for more information.
In Regina, Saskatchewan Canada. However, all services may be provided virtually. Events, workshops and speaking engagements can be offered both online and in person. Travel reimbursement and accommodations may be required depending on location.
Usually 9-5 on week days. Feel free to contact me directly to discuss availability if my services are required on a weekend.
A full 24-hour notice is required to cancel an existing appointment. If you need to cancel with less than 24 -hour notice or do a no-show, you will be charged a full rate fee for the missed session.
